Global oil prices recorded weekly gains, with Brent crude, the international benchmark, rising by 4.2%, while West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude increased by 3.5%.
Oil prices globally saw a 3% growth, reaching their highest levels in three months.
Brent crude futures rose by $2.84, or 3.7%, to settle at $79.76 per barrel, after surpassing $80 per barrel for the first time since October 7, according to the Omani News Agency.
Similarly, WTI crude futures increased by $2.65, or 3%, reaching $76.57 per barrel, marking the highest level in three months as well.
