  • Acted as the advisor for Nice One’s IPO, marking the first technology startup to list on Saudi Arabia’s Tadawul main market.
  • Provided advisory services for IPOs of Talabat, Lulu Group, Alef Education, Parkin, Spinneys, United International Holding, Miahona, Al Bait Investment Group, Al Mousa Healthcare Group, and Fakeeh Care Group.

Secondary Offerings:

  • Served as the advisor for Aramco’s fully marketed secondary offering, the largest fully marketed offering in the region.
