Barcelona vs. Osasuna

Coach Hansi Flick has decided to rest both Pedri González and Robert Lewandowski ahead of their crucial Champions League clash against Benfica next Tuesday.

Barcelona, under the guidance of the German manager, is determined to secure all three points and avenge their first-leg defeat against Osasuna, aiming to take another step toward winning La Liga after losing the title to arch-rivals Real Madrid last season.

On the other hand, Osasuna is looking to replicate their victory over Barcelona in front of their home fans or at least secure a draw to climb higher in the league standings.

Osasuna had stunned Barcelona with a 4-2 victory in their first meeting this season at El Sadar Stadium during Matchday 8 of La Liga.

La Liga Standings: Barcelona & Osasuna

Barcelona reclaimed the top spot in the La Liga standings after a 4-0 victory against Real Sociedad at Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium in the previous round. This put them one point ahead of Atlético Madrid (56 points) and three points ahead of Real Madrid (54 points).

Barcelona now leads the La Liga table with 57 points from 26 matches, securing 18 wins, 5 losses, and 3 draws. Meanwhile, Osasuna sits in 11th place with 7 wins, 7 losses, and 12 draws.
