The draw for the quarterfinals has produced some intense matchups, including:

- Croatia vs. France
- Netherlands vs. Spain

- The winner of Italy vs. Germany will face the winner of Portugal vs. Denmark in the semifinals.
- Meanwhile, the victor between Spain and the Netherlands will meet the winner of France vs. Croatia in the other semifinal.
