United Media Services (UMS) has launched a specialized committee of experts and creatives to enhance media and drama content through strategic planning and evaluation.
This initiative aligns with President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s vision, which he emphasized during a recent meeting with UMS CEO Tarek Makhlouf, board member Mohamed El-Saadi, Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, and Minister of Tourism Sherif Fathy. The discussion, held in preparation for the Grand Egyptian Museum’s grand opening in July 2025, highlighted the crucial role of media in shaping societal values and strengthening national identity.
In response, UMS has assembled a dedicated content committee tasked with:
Developing strategic plans for drama and media production
Overseeing and evaluating content to ensure a clear creative direction
Analyzing societal needs and aligning productions with national and educational goals
The committee will conduct in-depth reviews of produced content, identifying strengths and areas for improvement. Its recommendations will enhance content quality and ensure productions balance creativity, social responsibility, and audience expectations.
An official announcement detailing the committee’s members—comprising industry leaders and experts from various fields—is expected soon. This step reflects UMS’s commitment to advancing Egypt’s media landscape, fostering a dynamic and responsible media environment that meets modern audience aspirations while upholding positive societal values.
