The Russian Defense Ministry stated that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has demonstrated his inability to negotiate through his forces’ attacks on Russia’s energy infrastructure.
It added that Kyiv targeted the Svatovo gas distribution station with a drone in the Luhansk region.
The ministry further explained that there was a disruption in the power lines of the Rostov nuclear plant following a Ukrainian drone attack yesterday in the Krasnodar region.
