The corridors of the Grand Mosque, its various floors, and the Mas’a area are witnessing an ideal flow of movement for pilgrims and visitors, ensuring the smooth and comfortable performance of their worship during the holy month of Ramadan.
This scene reflects the success of the operational and organizational plans developed by the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques, in cooperation with relevant authorities, under the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
The Presidency has organized movement within the Grand Mosque thanks to integrated efforts and harmonized services. These efforts have facilitated entry and exit and improved movement between the various locations within the Grand Mosque and its courtyards. Particular emphasis has been placed on peak times, which coincide with the Tarawih and Tahajjud prayers, providing a comfortable experience for visitors.
Trained field teams are deployed around the clock to direct crowds, manage routes, and provide necessary support. They focus on providing a safe environment and comprehensive services, including hygiene, guidance, Zamzam water distribution, and care for the elderly and people with disabilities. They also leverage modern technology to enhance the quality of services provided.
The Authority has also launched a package of digital and awareness initiatives aimed at improving the visitor experience and providing guidance in multiple languages, contributing to increased discipline and achieving the desired smooth flow.
The Authority affirms that this success reflects the directives of the wise leadership and its constant commitment to providing the finest services to visitors to the Two Holy Mosques and strengthening the Kingdom’s leading position in serving Islam and Muslims.
Thanks to these integrated efforts, the Grand Mosque is a model of organization and service excellence, ensuring an unforgettable worship experience for pilgrims and visitors during Ramadan and throughout the year.
