The Italian city of Milan witnessed a mass demonstration with thousands of people taking to the streets to demand an end to the genocide in the Gaza Strip.
Participants in the protest — organized by several Palestinian associations and grassroots unions, and which began from the central station — called for an end to the war in Gaza, raising banners that read:
“No to the displacement of the Palestinian people”
“No to genocide”
The demonstrators also called for an immediate and permanent ceasefire, as well as the delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza.
