U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that regime change in Iran is not a goal of the United States and that Washington is ready to engage in dialogue with the Iranians, according to a breaking news report by Cairo News Channel.
The Secretary affirmed that Iran will not deceive U.S. President Donald Trump, noting that Tehran possesses everything it needs to build a nuclear weapon and holds enough highly enriched uranium to produce at least nine or ten nuclear bombs.
He also called on China to engage with Iran regarding the situation in the Strait of Hormuz.
