By Sama Marwan ,

The head of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization, Mohammad Eslami, announced that the authorities had previously taken measures to restart the nuclear sector, confirming that work is currently underway to assess the damage sustained by facilities during recent attacks, according to Iranian state television.

Eslami emphasized that the organization’s plans were aimed at preventing any halt in the progress of the nuclear industry, noting that prior measures were designed to ensure the continuity of production and services.

He added that specialized technical teams have begun assessing the extent of the damage to the facilities, and that revival plans are ready and will be implemented rapidly to ensure Iran’s nuclear activity continues without disruption.

On June 18, the United States carried out airstrikes on Iranian nuclear facilities in Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan, following its military, intelligence, and logistical support for Israeli attacks on Iran.
