French tour operator plans Egypt trip

By Manal Abdel Fattah

A French tour operator Travel Evasion recently hosted an annual introductory trip for tourism and travel agents.

The aim of the trip was to introduce 200 French tour companies to Egypt’s tourist attractions, archaeological sites, and various tourism products.

This introductory trip included visits to multiple tourist and archaeological sites in Luxor, Aswan, and Abu Simbel, as well as Nile cruises and ships.

Amr El-Kady, the CEO of the Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Promotion, has stated that this trip is a part of the Authority’s efforts to promote Egypt as a tourist destination in the French market.

The French market is one of the most important export markets for cultural and Nile tourism.
