Ambassador Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal offered her condolences on the death of Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait, at the headquarters of the Embassy of the State of Kuwait to the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Ambassador Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal offered her counterpart, Ambassador Ghanem bin Saqr Al-Ghanim, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait in Cairo, condolences and sympathy to the leaders and people of brotherly Kuwait, on the death of Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait, praying to the Almighty God to cover him with his vast mercy, dwell him in His spacious gardens, and inspire the Al-Sabah family. May the brotherly Kuwaiti people be patient and solace.
The diplomatic mission of the State of Kuwait in Egypt announced that it would receive condolences for three days on the death of Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, at the embassy headquarters in Cairo.
The embassy said, in a press statement, that it sent a statement and circulated it to the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the League of Arab States, its affiliated organizations and bodies, and all legations, diplomatic missions, and international and regional organizations in Egypt, mourning Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
The embassy indicated in the statement that work at the embassy and its attached offices will be suspended from tomorrow, Sunday, December 17, until next Tuesday, December 19, 2023, and that it will receive mourners from 10 a.m. to two p.m. and will open the condolence book at the embassy, praying to God Almighty to bless the deceased of the Arab, Islamic and Islamic nations. And the whole world has mercy.
