Somali President Dr. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud congratulated President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi on his victory in the presidential elections.
The Somali President congratulated the Egyptian people on this great victory, wishing them prosperity and stability, stressing the depth of historical relations and future communication between the two brotherly countries.
On Monday, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi won a third presidential term with 89.6 percent of the votes, the National Elections Authority announced.
The Egyptian National Elections Authority stated that the participation rate in the presidential elections was 66.8 percent of the votes.
Al-Sisi received 39 million 702 thousand 451 votes, or 89.6% of the total valid votes.
