Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani, Deputy Emir of the State of Qatar, sent President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, President of the sisterly Arab Republic of Egypt, on the occasion of his victory in a new presidential term.
On Monday, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi won a third presidential term with 89.6 percent of the votes, the National Elections Authority announced.
The Egyptian National Elections Authority stated that the participation rate in the presidential elections was 66.8 percent of the votes.
Al-Sisi received 39 million 702 thousand 451 votes, or 89.6% of the total valid votes.
