Mr. Adel bin Abdul Rahman Al-Asoumi, Speaker of the Arab Parliament, congratulated the leadership, government and people of the State of Qatar on the occasion of the National Day celebrations, expressing his appreciation for the achievements made by Qatar in various fields under the leadership of Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of Qatar.
Al-Asomi praised the development process led by the Qatari leadership to build a modern and modern state to achieve the aspirations of its people for a decent life, wishing it to achieve more progress and prosperity in all fields.
Al-Asomi praised the economic renaissance in Qatar, which was based on the principles of sustainable development and human building, during which the country occupied a high-level position at the Arab, regional and international levels. He also appreciated the pioneering role played by the State of Qatar and its wise leadership in strengthening the foundations and mechanisms of joint Arab action.
Qatar National Day falls on Monday, December 18th. Qatar National Day is a national celebration held every year on the anniversary of the founding of the State of Qatar by Sheikh Jassim bin Mohammed Al Thani, who founded the state in 1878.
