European Union Ambassador Christian Berger said that the demonstrations that support Palestine in European capitals do not represent crises in the eyes of the various governments, while other demonstrations are being confronted because they support the Hamas movement and raise slogans, as Hanas is classified as a terrorist organization by Western governments.
Berger stated during a press conference that the European Union and each country agreed on the necessity of helping Gaza, and that aid arrives in the Strip through Al-Arish Airport, and they are keen to respect international humanitarian law. 500 aid vehicles were entering the Gaza Strip before the war, and therefore aid must be increased since Gaza is in A very large amount of support is needed.
Regarding the attack in the Red Sea by the Houthis, he explained that the channels and the movement of commercial ships must remain open, and that the first effect is the rise in gas and oil prices, and that this attack has begun to affect supplies and the global economy.
