The Sultanate of Oman participated in the Tehran International Conference on Palestine, which was held today, in the Iranian capital, Tehran, under the patronage of Dr. Ibrahim Raisi, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The Sultanate of Oman’s delegation was headed by Sheikh Khalifa Al Harithi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs.
He expressed the Sultanate of Oman’s rejection of all the reasons and pretexts being used to justify Israel’s continuation of this genocide of the Palestinian people, which exceeded the standards of reaction and set foot on the principles of international law and humanitarian values.
The conference discussed the effects of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, and emphasized support for the steadfastness of the Palestinian people to achieve their legitimate rights and establish their independent state on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital.
