President Ilham Aliyev, Head of State of Azerbaijan, congratulated President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, on the occasion of his re-election as President of the Republic for a third term.
The President said during a statement, published by the Azerbaijan Embassy in Cairo: “Dear Mr. President, sincere congratulations on the occasion of your re-election as President of the Arab Republic of Egypt.”
The Azerbaijani President added: We attach special importance to developing the traditional friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Egypt, adding: I believe that we will continue our joint efforts to strengthen our intergovernmental ties and enhance our mutually beneficial cooperation.
The President added: “Happy New Year, health, happiness, and success in your activities in the country, for the good of the friendly people of Egypt.”
