The Japanese Ambassador to Cairo honors an Egyptian who played a key role in supporting Egyptian-Japanese relations

Ambassador Oka Hiroshi, the Ambassador of the State of Japan in Cairo, honored Dr. Khaled Abdel Rasoul, presenting him with a certificate of honor on behalf of Mrs. Kamikawa Yoko, Japanese Minister of Foreign Affairs, for his clear efforts over twenty-three years of success and brilliance, and for obtaining the Silver Shield for his fruitful services in Embassy of Japan in Cairo.

Abdel Rasoul played a fundamental role in supporting Egyptian-Japanese relations in various fields, the most important of which are sports and culture, and his contributions to building strong relations between Japanese and Egyptian sports federations, most notably judo, aikido, sumo, and sports karate.

Dr. Khaled Abdel Rasoul said: “This honor and shield that I received from Ambassador Oka Hiroshi is a medal on my chest, especially in the presence of my distinguished colleagues and colleagues, and all thanks and appreciation to them for their support and assistance to me. I thank His Excellency the Japanese Foreign Minister, His Excellency the Japanese Ambassador, and all the locals and diplomats.”

Abdul Rasoul added: I seek to add many Japanese activities and hold training workshops with specialized institutions accredited in Japan, including the Japanese Kuminkan and Soft Foundation.
