The Director executive board of NEA Ahmed Al Bandari declared that the organization is holding its first news conference to announce the presidential elections, which represents a significant event in Egypt.
And the Executive director added that the authority will track the results of voters’ choice for the president of Egypt in a democratic environment.
He emphasized that the National Election Authority is a completely independent entity and specialized in supervising the elections process from its first steps until the announcement of its results, as guaranteed by the Constitution and the legislation.
He pointed out that everyone who meets the conditions for candidacy will have their full rights as each candidates submitted his candidacy papers, and authority will announce a list of those who meet the conditions and allocates a time for them to announce their presidential campaign.
