Ukraine: Russia launches another massive missile attack on Ukrainian cities

Ukraine announced that the Russian Federation had launched another massive missile attack on Ukrainian cities, launching dozens of drones, cruise missiles, and ballistic missiles at Kiev, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Krobyvnitsky, and other populated areas.

In Kiev, the destruction of a number of buildings was recorded, including damage to residential buildings, a warehouse, a supermarket, and gas infrastructure, and an interruption in electricity and water supplies in some areas of the capital. The Russian Federation also attacked residential areas in Kharkiv.

The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said, in a statement carried by the Ukrainian Embassy in Cairo, that 92 wounded and 4 dead were counted, noting that, given the continuation of search and rescue operations, the number of victims may rise.

The Foreign Ministry said that Russia continues to fight against Ukrainian women, children and the elderly, noting that the facilities attacked by the Russian army are purely civilian facilities.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, called on foreign countries to respond firmly to this new Russian attack by taking a set of measures, including accelerating the provision of Ukraine with additional air defense systems, unmanned combat aircraft of all types, and long-range missiles with a range of up to More than 300 km.

In addition to adopting the decision on transferring frozen Russian assets to meet the needs of Ukraine and ending contacts with Russian diplomats in capitals and relevant international organizations.
He added: “The regime in Moscow must feel that the international community will not turn a blind eye to the killing of the Ukrainian civilian population and the destruction of vital infrastructure in Ukraine.”
