The Sultanate of Oman participated in the Arab Stamp Exhibition, which was opened by Dr. Sherif Farouk, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Post, and whose activities will be held during the period from 5 to 7 January, in the historic Egyptian Post building in Ataba Square.
The exhibition was attended by 7 Arab countries, and in the presence of more than 16 exhibitors from representatives of the postal authorities of Arab countries and the Egyptian Philatelic Society, and more than 25 exhibitors from stamp enthusiasts in Egypt. This is under the umbrella of the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States – Council of Arab Communications Ministers.
According to a statement issued by the Omani Embassy in Cairo, Oman Post displayed the most prominent stamps and exclusive collectibles during the exhibition.
