On the 81st Golden Globes, HBO’s “Succession” won Best Drama Series, while “The Bear” won Best Comedy. Bradley Cooper won Best Actor – Drama Series for his stunning performance in Maestro, while Helen Mirren won Best Actress – Drama Series for her riveting role in 1923. Bill Hader’s humorous work on “Barry” got him a Golden Globe, and Da’Vine Joy Randolph’s dazzling performance in “The Holdovers” won Best Actress – Comedy Series.
And the stunning Elizabeth Debicki won the award for Best Supporting Female Actor – Television for her outstanding performance as Princess Diana in “The Crown”. Meanwhile, “Poor Things” won the Golden Globe for Best Picture – Musical/Comedy, and Sarah Snook and Jeremy Allen White received awards for their outstanding performances in “The Crown” and “The Bear”.
The awards were updated include new categories such as Best Stand-Up Comedian on Television and Cinematic and Box Office Achievement.
