The Council issued a resolution in which it affirmed support for the security, stability, unity and sovereignty of Somalia, and support for the Somali government to preserve Somali sovereignty on land, sea and air. The Council also affirmed its full solidarity with the position of the Somali state with all its agencies, which considered the memorandum of understanding signed on 1/1/2024 between the Republic of Ethiopia and the Somaliland region are invalid, unjust and unacceptable.
The Council also affirmed its categorical rejection of any action that violates or violates Somali sovereignty, and the Council affirmed the firm Arab position that the Somaliland region is an integral part of the Federal Republic of Somalia.

The Council also affirmed its rejection of all justifications and pretexts advanced by the Iranian government, and the Council held Iran accountable for all consequences.
