During its meeting today, in the presence of Adel bin Abdul Rahman Al-Asoumi, Speaker of the Arab Parliament, the Arab Parliament’s Legislative, Legal and Human Rights Affairs Committee approved MP Alawi Al-Basha bin Zaba’ as Vice-Chairman of the Committee after the position became vacant with the apology of the former Vice-Chairman of the Committee.
Al-Basha stressed his keenness to support the work of the committee, and to work to approve more legislation that is in the interest of joint Arab action.
Today, Sunday, the Arab Parliament will hold its second session of the fourth session of the third legislative term, headed by Mr. Adel bin Abdul Rahman Al-Asoumi, President of the Arab Parliament, at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States.
