Adel bin Abdul Rahman Al-Asoumi, Speaker of the Arab Parliament, affirmed the Arab Parliament’s complete condemnation of the memorandum of understanding signed between the Federal Republic of Ethiopia and the so-called “Somaliland region,” stressing that this matter not only represents a violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Federal Republic of Somalia, but also represents a direct threat to national security.
