Jurgen Klopp, Liverpool’s manager, revealed that Mohamed Salah will return to the club for rehabilitation after his injury in Egypt’s Africa Cup of Nations match against Ghana.
Liverpool’s manager, Klopp said that if Egypt made it and reached the final Salah will return to Côte d’Ivoire after complete recovery.
Egyptian Football Association stated that, Salah will attend Cape Verde match and will travel immediately to UK after the match.
The statement continued, After further checks for Mohamed Salah in the last few hours and after discussion between the national team’s medical staff and medical staff at Liverpool Club, It was decided that the player will return to Liverpool after the Cape Verde match tomorrow to complete his recovery, hoping that he will join the national team in the semi-finals of the African Cup of Nations if the team qualifies.
