The foreign minister of Saudi Arabia held an interview with CNN last week on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland and aired on Sunday. prince faisal bin farhan al saud spoke about Houthi attacks on ships in and around the Red Sea for several weeks, saying that “We of course, believe very much in the freedom of navigation. And that’s something that needs to be protected. But we also need to protect the security and stability of the region. So we are very focused on de-escalating the situation as much as possible.”

The minister also identified the prevention of civilian deaths as another priority for Saudi Arabia. “What we are seeing is the Israelis are crushing Gaza, the civilian population of Gaza. This is completely unnecessary, completely unacceptable and has to stop”

According to The health ministry in Gaza that More than 25000 were killed by israeli occupation from them at least 10000 kids, more than 7000 women, and more than 62,000 injured in Israel’s assault on the region since October 7th.
