Siemens Industries – Egypt, the American company Emerson, and Emirates Smart Solutions – ESS, today signed a protocol for joint cooperation between the three companies, in the presence of Ambassador Maryam Al Kaabi, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Egypt and Permanent Representative to the League of Arab States.
The protocol aims to serve technological development to provide modern and innovative technological solutions that serve infrastructure in various vital sectors.
It is a strategic partnership built on the foundations of cooperation in the coming period on important and strategic projects in Egypt and Africa in the various fields in which companies operate, and the three signatory parties to the protocol work Cooperation in the areas of developing infrastructure technology and providing innovative solutions using the latest technological technologies, artificial intelligence, and technology of things that serve many different sectors such as infrastructure, water, sanitation, smart city infrastructure, and vital facilities….. They agreed to start a new phase of joint cooperation to implement… Projects in
Egypt and Africa by benefiting from the technical capabilities of each party in joint projects.
On the sidelines of the conference, Ambassador Maryam Al-Kaabi said: Emirati-Egyptian relations are characterized by being close fraternal relations, and that Egypt is a promising country in the field of investment and its economy is strong despite the challenges facing all countries of the world.
Al-Kaabi confirmed that the UAE is one of the largest countries investing in Egypt, as the number of Emirati companies operating in Egypt reaches 1,730 companies in all economic sectors, noting that Emirati investments in Egypt are likely to increase due to the high return on investment there.
