The Emir of Kuwait arrives in Amman on a two-day official visit

The Emir of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, arrived in Muscat today on a two-day official visit to the Sultanate of Oman.

Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of the Sultanate of Oman, was at the forefront of welcoming the Emir of Kuwait upon his arrival at the airport.

The two leaders inspected the guard of honor before heading to Al-Alam Palace to conduct the official reception ceremony.
This is the second visit of its kind undertaken by the Emir of the State of Kuwait abroad since he assumed power, as the first was last week to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, discussed with the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the close fraternal relations between the two countries and the two brotherly peoples and ways to develop and strengthen them in a way that serves their common interests.
Kuwait News Agency reported that, after his arrival in Riyadh on an official visit to Saudi Arabia, the Emir of Kuwait visited the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in the presence of Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, at Al-Arqah Palace in the capital, Riyadh.

The meeting was attended by Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Minister of State, Member of the Council of Ministers and Head of the Mission of Honor.
On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, presented King Abdulaziz’s necklace in appreciation to him, at Al-Yamamah Palace.
