On Thursday, an Israeli air attack on a car in south Lebanon gravely injured a military official from the Iran-backed militant group Hezbollah, according to a Lebanese security source reported to AFP news.
The official got “seriously wounded and a companion was also injured” in the strike in the city of Nabatiyeh, which is some distance from the border zone where there have been practically daily exchanges of fire since the Israel-Hamas war began last October.
