The Ambassador of Armenia to Cairo, Hrachia Poladian, met with the Executive Director of the Egyptian Red Crescent Society, Rami El-Nazer.
During the meeting, the two parties discussed details related to the provision and transfer of humanitarian aid by Armenia to the residents of Gaza.
Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan announced the Armenian government’s decision to provide such assistance during his meeting with President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, on March 5, during his official visit to Egypt.
The Israeli aggression against Gaza destroyed nearly half of the buildings in the Strip and turned the Palestinian enclave into an “uninhabitable” place, according to what the United Nations announced.
