This distinctive methodology is known for its robustness, allowing for meaningful statistical inference and providing unparalleled insights into the passenger experience.
Saud bin Nasser Al-Hubaishi, Acting Chief of Operations at “Oman Airports”, explained that this award constitutes an addition to the efforts undertaken by “Oman Airports” in enhancing the travel experience through its airports according to a clear strategy whose slogan is “Customer satisfaction is a primary goal.”
