Today, the Embassy of Pakistan in Cairo celebrated the 84th National Day of Pakistan with enthusiasm and overwhelming patriotic feelings.
Ambassador Sajid Bilal, Pakistan’s ambassador to Cairo, raised the Pakistani flag to the tune of the national anthem, and calls were raised for well-being, peace and prosperity in Pakistan, and messages were read on this occasion from the President of the Republic, the Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Earlier, Chamberlain, Chairman of the Presidency, met with the Ambassador and handed him a congratulatory message from President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, on the occasion of Pakistan’s National Day.
The embassy organized a reception on the occasion of National Day earlier this month, and the guest of honor was Engineer Mahmoud Esmat, Egyptian Minister of Public Business Sector.
The reception was attended by a large number of Egyptian government officials, the diplomatic corps, the business community, academics, journalists, and members of the Pakistani community in Egypt.
