In a sharp statement, the Russian Embassy in Cairo strongly criticized the tone of US President Joe Biden’s recent announcement about sending new military aid to Ukraine, which includes long-range missiles.
The embassy described this step as support for what it described as the “Kiev terrorist regime,” accusing the United States of contributing to the continued conflict and violence against Russia.
The embassy added that American support extends to Israel with $26 billion allocated for military needs, at a time when Israel is preparing for military operations in the city of Rafah in the Gaza Strip, which threatens civilian safety in the densely populated area.
The statement concluded with a strong warning, noting that the United States will bear direct responsibility for the loss of life among children and women in both Russia and Palestine as a result of these policies.
The embassy also stressed that these actions will be the subject of a historical reckoning for the role that the United States plays in promoting global conflicts instead of resolving them.
