King Mohammed VI, King of the State of Morocco, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, gave his high instructions to launch a humanitarian operation to direct medical aid to the Palestinian population in Gaza.
This aid, ordered by the King, consists of forty tons of medical materials, including, in particular, equipment for treating burns, emergency surgery, orthopedics and fractures, as well as basic medicines, as these medical materials will be directed to adults, as well as young children.
According to a statement issued by the Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, King Mohammed VI sponsored a large portion of this aid from his own money.
Moroccan aid will be delivered via the same unprecedented land route that was followed during the process of sending food aid, on instructions from King Mohammed VI, in the last month of Ramadan.
These large-scale humanitarian operations for the benefit of the Palestinian population confirm the actual commitment and continued care that King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, has always given to the Palestinian cause.
