Palestinian telecom in Gaza announced communication would be cut off because of fuel depletion.
In breaking news, Paltel Palestinian Telecom stated on Facebook, “We regret to announce that our main data centres and switches in the Gaza Strip are gradually shutting down due to fuel depletion.”
Also added: “Currently, the main network elements depend solely on batteries.
This will lead to a complete telecom blackout in the coming hours. May God protect you and our country.” In a few hours, connection with Palestine will be almost impossible. Now that most of Gaza is out of fuel, not only the telecoms will stop, but also most of the hospitals are now out of service.
