For the third consecutive year… The Happiness Foundation organizes the Egyptian Day in America

Translated by Sama Marwan,

The Happiness Foundation for Humanitarian Relief organized the Egyptian Day for the third year in a row in New York, in collaboration with Coptic Charity Police Organizations.

More than 35 exhibitors participated in the Egyptian Day, offering their products, including Egyptian oriental food, handmade and artisanal products inspired by Nubian and Pharaonic heritage.

The event was sponsored by a health insurance company, an Egyptian water company, and an Egyptian tourism company.

The Egyptian Day featured entertainment segments, the Egyptian and American national anthems, a weapons display by the American police, and Egyptian songs.

The segments, which carried the Egyptian spirit, included tanoura (whirling dance) performances, stick-fighting (Tahtib) based on Upper Egyptian traditions, singing of the Egyptian national anthem, and the waving of the Egyptian flag throughout the event.
