The Sultanate of Oman, represented by Mazoon Theater, won several awards at the Stevie Monodrama Festival, which was held in the Republic of Poland, with the participation of 12 countries from around the world.

Director Yousef Al Balushi won the Best Scenography Award, while Omani actor Ahmed Al Awaini won the Best Actor Award.

Yousef Al-Balushi, head of Mazoon Theater and director of the Omani work (Something Is Nagging in My Head), pointed out that critics and artists praised the honorable Omani performance in this major international participation, stressing that the support of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth and the Omani Theater Association is bearing fruit by consolidating the status of Omani art and theater on the face of it.

This is considered one of the tools for introducing the Omani cultural heritage and supporting the tourism sector in general. Omani actor Ahmed Al-Awaini stressed that this achievement is an achievement for all Omani playwrights and a direct message to all participants to highlight the image of Omani culture and Omani theater regionally and internationally.
