Egypt, Cairo – The National Elections Authority (NEA) stated on Friday that the results of the 2023 Egyptian presidential election will be released at a news conference at 2:00 PM on Monday, December 20.
The National Election Authority did not receive any appeals from the four presidential candidates or their representatives on the voting process decisions issued by the general committees within the deadline set for this procedure, which is set out in the electoral process timeline throughout Thursday.
General committees across the country received no complaints from candidates or their representatives regarding all aspects of the voting process during the scheduled times, which were specified by the start of the voting days until the completion of the counting work and the announcement of the numerical count of votes in each general committee.
