Based on the state information service statement , Alexandria corniche bidding farewell to the traffic congestion; a national project to protect Alexandria’s corniche
During today’s meeting, the Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly reviewed the progress of the project to build and expand the corniche road in Alexandria.
Moreover, the Corniche Road will expanded to be five lanes from Al-Montazah to Al-Mahrousa Hotel, a distance around 4.4 kilometers.
In addition, the first part of the project is anticipated to be completed by the end of next May, while the second phase will begin in early October 2024 and terminate on 31 May 2025.
