Alexandria official page, Mrs. Om Kolthum daughter of the Nobel prize winner Naguib Mahfouz gave his library to the institution
Naguib Mahfouz library contains 1,500 books, including novels, dictionaries, and encyclopedias. Everything was completed by Professor Ahmed Zayed,Director of the library of Alexandria ,and a delegation of library experts led by Dr Mohamed Soliman.
Naguib Mahfouz private library will be number 57 on the list of private collections of Egyptian icons and great thinkers, adding more value to the Bibliotheca Alexandrina.
